Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 250 ml olive oil or sunflower oil
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp paprika powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 chicken breast fillets

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes

Finely chop the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Combine it with the remaining ingredients, except for the meat, in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly with an immersion blender. Cut the chicken breast fillets into thin strips and thread them onto the wooden skewers. Tip: Dip the wooden skewers in oil before threading. Finally, place the skewers in the marinade and let them marinate for 2-3 hours. These skewers taste best grilled.
