Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup(s) oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ½ pack of chocolate decorations (chocolate sprinkles)
- 1 cup(s) mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk together oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar. Sift in flour and baking powder and fold in. IMPORTANT: FOLD IN ONE CUP OF MINERAL WATER AT THE VERY FINISH. The batter can be poured into a marble cake pan or into paper muffin cups; yields approximately 45. Temperature and baking time: 180°C (top/bottom heat), 60 minutes.
