Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 200 g whipped cream
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 2 cans of tangerine(s)
- some speculatius cookies
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
with quark and mascarpone
Whip the cream with a sachet of vanilla sugar until stiff. Combine the mascarpone, quark, sugar, and a sachet of vanilla sugar. Fold in 2/3 of the cream. Crumble the speculatius biscuits. Drain the mandarins. Layer everything in a dessert glass: the speculatius biscuits, some of the mascarpone cream, the mandarins, more mascarpone cream, and then the cream. Let the dessert chill in the refrigerator for one hour.
