  • 600 gr Spelt flour
  • 1 cube Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 250 gr Walnuts
  • 0,5 tsp Salt

  • Knead the dough again and pour it into the loaf pan. Moisten the bread surface with a little water and smooth the dough. Put the loaf tin in the plastic bag and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • Then bake the loaf pan in the oven, middle rack, at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. After baking, take the bread out of the mold and let it cool down.
