Spelt bread with linseed and sunflower seeds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g spelt flour
  • 1 cube of yeast, fresh
  • 450 ml water, lukewarm
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 60 g flaxseed
  • 60 g sunflower seeds
  • Rapeseed oil or butter for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Light bread, no rising time

Place the flour in a bowl and crumble in the yeast. Then add 450 ml of lukewarm water and knead. Gradually knead the vinegar, salt, flaxseed, and sunflower seeds into the dough. Grease a loaf pan and pour the dough into it. Bake the bread for 60 minutes at 200°C (top and bottom heat). Remove the bread from the pan and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
