Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 6 dumplings, half and half
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g black pudding
  • 200 g breakfast bacon
  • Pepper, colored, from the mill
  • margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hearty use of leftovers

Cut the dumplings (e.g., leftovers from the day before) into eighths and fry in a pan with plenty of margarine until golden brown. Slice the onion and add it. Then add the bacon and fry everything for a few minutes. Season with pepper and finally add the chopped black pudding. Fry for one minute, stirring frequently. Then turn off the heat and let it simmer for another two minutes. Stir occasionally.
