Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g spelt flour, light
- 150 g rye flour
- 1 ½ tsp dry yeast
- 60 g sourdough powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 60 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 380 ml water, lukewarm
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Bread maker without wheat
Put all ingredients into the bread maker with 380 ml of lukewarm water and bake on the standard program (3 hours).
