Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g spelt pasta
  • salt water
  • 125g mozzarella
  • 1 leaf of basil
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 dash of olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into small pieces and season with pepper and olive oil. Drain the pasta and serve on a plate, top with the mozzarella and basil. Sprinkle a pinch of salt on top, if desired.
