Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g spelt, milled
- 400 g spelled milk (spelled drink)
- 4 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- Fresh fruit of your choice, depending on the season (e.g. berries, strawberries, pears, apples, etc.)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with fresh fruit, vegan
Simmer the spelt in the spelt milk with coconut blossom sugar for 25-30 minutes. Stir frequently and add more spelt milk if necessary. Wash, trim, and chop the fruit, depending on the variety. Serve the fruit with the spelt porridge.
