Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 50 ml water
- 25 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Beat eggs until frothy. Add the remaining ingredients and stir in. Let stand for 15-30 minutes. Then scrape the dough into boiling water using a spaetzle grater (or scraping it off a board). Let stand for about 3-5 minutes, until all the spaetzle float to the surface.
