Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 heaped tsp loose tea (spiced tea blend, e.g. Yogi Tea or similar)
- 500 ml soy milk (soy drink) or other plant milk
- 1 tbsp whole cane sugar
- 2 tbsp grain coffee
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring the plant milk and tea to a boil and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the mixture steep for another 5 minutes. Pour the ground coffee and whole cane sugar into the cups and add the spiced milk through a sieve. Stir and enjoy.
