Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 10 g ginger, freshly grated
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 1 pinch(s) tamarind paste
  • 4 tsp black tea
  • 300 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour the milk into a saucepan and add 300 ml of water. Stir in the sugar, ginger, cloves, cardamom, tamarind powder, and tea leaves, bring to a boil, and simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover, and let steep for 2 minutes. Strain and serve.
