Spicy chicken breast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 cup of sweet cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the chicken breasts on both sides in olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and set aside. Add butter and sauté the diced onion. Stir in the honey, mustard, and lemon juice, then add the cream and season to taste. Let the meat simmer in this sauce for another minute or two. Serve with rice.
