Virginia's cabbage rolls from the oven

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small can of sauerkraut
  • 4 rolls
  • n. B. Liver sausage, coarse
  • n. B. black pudding
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

quick, tasty, hearty dish

Cut open the rolls. Spread or top the bottom halves with liverwurst or black pudding (a little thicker than usual, depending on your taste). Squeeze the sauerkraut lightly in your hand and spread about a handful on the roll with the black pudding or liverwurst. Place the top half of the roll on top and secure with two toothpicks, if desired. Brush with a little egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes.
