Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.2 kg chicken, cut into approximately equal pieces, with skin and bones
- 100 ml soy sauce, dark
- 100 ml ketchup
- 40 ml honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp basil, dried
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 day 6 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 45 minutes

Place the ready-to-cook chicken pieces side by side in the ceramic pot, skin-side up. Whisk the remaining ingredients together to form a thick sauce and pour it evenly over the chicken pieces. Cook on HIGH for 3-4.5 hours. If desired, you can brown the dish a little more in the oven afterward.
