Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 tbsp Sambal guna guna pedas Bandung (see my recipes)
- 1 tbsp dill, fresh
- 3 tbsp coconut milk, creamy
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 lemon(s), juice
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (kecap ikan)
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Wash and finely chop the dill. Mix all ingredients well. Tip: Bring the fish fillet to room temperature and sear it on both sides in a very hot pan with 3 tablespoons of oil. Do not cook it all the way through. Remove from the pan. Make a bed for the fillet with half of the fish sauce, place the fillet in the sauce, and cover with the remaining sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
