Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes, medium-sized
- 125 g butter
- Paprika powder, hot
- Sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Peel and wash the potatoes. Then, using a knife, cut them into thin wedges, but do not cut all the way through (leaving about 0.5 cm). In a saucepan, combine or dissolve the butter, paprika, and sea salt. Open the potato wedges slightly with your fingers (like a fan) and place them cut-side up in a baking dish. Pour the butter over them and bake in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes until golden brown.
