Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 ml sunflower oil
- ½ lemon(s)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 2 tsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the egg yolk in a bowl, add the mustard, and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice per egg yolk. Blend everything with a hand mixer, gradually adding the oil in a thin stream. Once all the oil has been used and everything is nice and creamy, press the garlic and add the remaining lemon juice along with the remaining ingredients, and blend everything again. Please ensure that the oil and egg are at the same temperature before mixing!
