Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 16 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 tbsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp thyme, dried
- 1 tbsp oregano, dried
- 1 tbsp marjoram, dried
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- ½ tsp coriander
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 pinch(s) curry powder
- 6 tbsp rapeseed oil or olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
with homemade spice mix
Peel the potatoes and pre-cook them in a pot of water. Mix the spices with the oil and marinate the potatoes. Grill on a hot grill for 15-20 minutes on all sides. Cooking time depends heavily on the size of the potatoes and the heat.
