Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 280 g flour
  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp forest honey
  • 80 g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin seeds, pine nuts)
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), dried
  • 3 g parsley, fresh
  • 3 g lemon balm, fresh
  • 130 g Camembert(s), soft
  • 225 g water, lukewarm
  • Fat for the baking pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

For a loaf pan approx. 25 x 12 cm

Mix the yeast with flour and salt in a bowl, chop the herbs finely. Add the herbs, honey and seed mix to the flour and mix well. Also stir in the finely diced Camembert and the onions. Now gradually mix in the water and then knead the dough by hand until it is no longer sticky. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes. After resting, knead again and place in a greased dish. Bake in a COLD oven at 170°C fan-assisted oven on the middle rack for approx. 40-45 minutes. (The baking time can vary depending on the oven). After baking, remove the bread from the dish and let rest in the oven for another 10 minutes. Very flavorful and with a crunchy bite thanks to the seeds.
