Spicy minced meat sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 tube(s) tomato paste (3-fold)
  • 250 ml meat broth (instant)
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Garlic
  • Cream or milk
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and brown the ground beef until browned. Transfer any meat juices to a container; you’ll need them later. Season with salt and pepper. Add the diced onion and garlic. After a while, deglaze with the meat broth. The meat will now begin to loosen from the bottom of the pan. Add the tomato paste, mix, and let it sizzle. Add the cream later. Serve with pasta or spaghetti. Delicious with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
