Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 stalk lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 1 red chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 25 ml oil (walnut oil)
  • 25 ml oil, neutral
  • some salt
  • 20 g coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 200 g mango(s), peeled, sliced
  • 100 g mozzarella, sliced
  • 60 g nuts (macadamia nuts), chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

clever starter – finally mozzarella without tomatoes

Mix lemongrass, lime juice, chilies, both oils, and salt to make a sauce. Arrange mango slices and mozzarella slices alternately on four plates and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and macadamia nuts.
