Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large mushrooms
  • 1 chili pepper(s), fresh, or chili salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • some parsley
  • pepper
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super quick and easy

Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Finely chop the fresh chili pepper. If you don’t have fresh chili, you can also use chili salt. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili, a little parsley, and pepper. Place the mushrooms, hollow-side up, in a small baking dish and spoon the sauce over them. Drizzle well, making sure the mixture covers everything. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake the mushrooms in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve with rice or pasta.
