Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 2 tsp, heaped Ajvar, hot
- 2 tsp, heaped sambal oelek
- ½ tsp curry powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp, heaped tomato paste
- 1 dashes tomato ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the room-temperature butter with ajvar, sambal oelek, curry powder, tomato paste, and ketchup and mix until smooth. I do this in a deep dish with a fork. You could probably also do it in a blender. Finally, season with salt and pepper. For parties, serve on baguette, for example.
