Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 100 g sugar, fine
- 400 g raspberries
- 200 g sour cream
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp raspberry liqueur, nB
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
for the ice cream machine
Chill all ingredients in the refrigerator for at least one day. After cleaning the fruit, refrigerate it for at least six hours. Whisk the sour cream, cream, egg yolks, and sugar together, then add them to the ice cream maker along with the raspberries. Process for at least 40 minutes. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can first puree the raspberries and then strain them through a fine sieve with a spoon—this way, the ice cream will be free of any unwanted seeds. Add the raspberry brandy shortly before the end of the preparation time, if desired; you can also omit it. A truly fruity ice cream experience!
