Spicy Rice Pan Made from Leftovers from Fridge

  • 1 packet Seasoned dried vegetables for fried rice
  • 2 rest Grilled Chicken Breasts
  • 120 g Patnareis
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 g Cooked bacon blocks
  • 3 Onions in strips
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 small Leeks in the finest rings
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce dark
  • 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek
  • 4 Pickled gherkins pickled. drained
  1. Let the seasoned dried vegetables swell with warm water according to the instructions on the package and cut the chicken into cubes. Cook the rice with a teaspoon of salt in plenty of boiling water for about 20 minutes and then pour it into a colander to drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan. Briefly fry the bacon blocks with the meat cubes in them. Add the onion strips and brown them lightly.
