Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Meat sausage
  • 1 bunch Radish
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 6 Cucumber sticks
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Chives in rolls

Instructions
 

  • Clean and wash the radishes, peel the meat sausage and the onion .... slice everything into fine slices, as well as the drained cucumber sticks
  • Mix a dressing out of vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix the meat sausage, onion, cucumber and radish slices with the dressing .... season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the chives .... there was toast
