Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp basil, dried
  • 3 chili peppers, pickled
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • olive oil

Instructions

Fry the minced meat in a little olive oil until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add the passata. Add the finely sliced ​​chilies and dried basil, and stir. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes. Season again if necessary. Finally, stir in the sour cream and serve the sauce with spaghetti or tagliatelle.
