Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced beef
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp basil, dried
- 3 chili peppers, pickled
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 10 minutes
Fry the minced meat in a little olive oil until crumbly, seasoning with salt and pepper. Then add the passata. Add the finely sliced chilies and dried basil, and stir. Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes. Season again if necessary. Finally, stir in the sour cream and serve the sauce with spaghetti or tagliatelle.
