Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 450 g creamed spinach
- 250 g quark
- 125 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 120 g Parmesan
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- some butter
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- possibly milk
- Lasagna sheet(s) without pre-cooking
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thaw the spinach. Combine the quark, crème fraîche, eggs, garlic, and oil, and stir in half of the Parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and add a little milk if desired. Butter a baking dish and layer the spinach, lasagna sheets, and quark cream alternately. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 35 minutes.
