Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 pot of peach yogurt (200g)
  • 2 small cans of tangerine(s)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Low-fat quark with mandarins, quick to make and very tasty

Mix the low-fat quark with the peach yogurt, vanilla sugar, and a little milk until it’s nice and creamy. Drain the mandarins, add them to the quark, and stir in.
