Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g creamed spinach, frozen
- 250 ml milk
- 300 g ricotta
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- 250 g cheese, grated
- 200 g lasagna sheet(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Place the creamed spinach in a saucepan with 1/8 liter of milk and let it thaw. Meanwhile, combine the ricotta with another 1/8 liter of milk, the crushed garlic clove, and 100 g of grated cheese. Season generously with salt and pepper. Grease the baking dish and alternate layers of spinach, ricotta mixture, and lasagna sheets (without pre-cooking). Spread the ricotta mixture on top. Sprinkle approximately 150 g of grated cheese over the lasagna and bake in a preheated oven (200 °C) for approximately 35 minutes until golden brown.
