  • 1 slice(s) of bread or crispbread
  • Salt and pepper and/or spice fairy

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Also great on crispbread

Take a slice of bread or crispbread and slice the tomato, then place a couple of slices on the bread or crispbread. Take half an avocado and scrape it out, then place the scraped pieces on the bread or crispbread and mash them (as desired). Season with salt, pepper, and perhaps some spice, etc.
