Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- ¼ liter of milk
- Flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 point spinach
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Make a pancake batter from the eggs, milk, and flour. Let it rest a little. Mix the thawed and pureed spinach with the pancake batter. Season with salt and nutmeg. Fry in batches in hot fat or oil. Tip: Goes well with fish as a side dish, or as a main course. If you like garlic, you can add a little chopped garlic to the batter.
