Spinach Pasta with Parmesan & Fried Egg
The perfect spinach pasta with parmesan & fried egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Frozen spinach leaves
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 50 ml Water
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Telly cherry pepper
- Garlic pepper
- Seasoned salt
- 100 g Sour cream 10% fat
- 100 ml Cream
- 80 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 250 g Pasta
- 4 Pc. Eggs (L)
- Salt
- Remove the spinach from the freezer. Peel the onion and garlic. Finely dice the onion and finely grate the garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and roast the onions in it, then add the frozen spinach and add 50ml water. Fry everything with the lid on for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Preheat the oven to 80 degrees!
- Cook pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet until al dente. Add the cream, sour cream and Parmesan to the spinach and season with nutmeg, pepper, garlic pepper and seasoned salt and fold into the pasta. Keep warm in the oven!
- Heat oil in a pan and add eggs to the pan one after the other and fry gently for about 10 minutes until the edge turns brown! Salt the fried eggs and serve with the spinach noodles!
