Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 40 g spinach, fresh
- 40 g leaf lettuce(s)
- 100 g radishes
- 3 tbsp syrup (vinegar syrup), in my recipes
- 1 pinch of herbal salt
- 1 pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tsp fig mustard
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim and wash the two types of lettuce. Wash the radishes and trim the tops and bottoms, then slice them. For the salad dressing, mix the vinegar syrup, herb salt, pepper, fig mustard, and rapeseed oil in a small bowl and drizzle over the salad.
