Spinach with chili and honey sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili, ground
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • possibly oil (hot chili oil)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the finely chopped onion in butter. Add the spinach and sauté for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and ground chili peppers. Add the crème fraîche and honey.
