Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 eggs
- 300 g sugar, fine
- 180 g flour
- Fat and breadcrumbs for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Crack the eggs and add them to a food processor. Beat on high until they quadruple in size and the mixture is extremely fluffy. Now add the sugar and continue beating. Then fold in the sifted flour. Preheat the oven to 170°C and pour the base into a greased springform pan dusted with breadcrumbs. After 20-30 minutes, the base is ready.
