Ingredients for 16 servings:
- 4 kg smoked pork, sliced
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- 2 cups of sweet cream
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 400 g cheese (Gouda), cut into strips
- Sugar
- pepper
- lots of thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Arrange the smoked pork in a fan shape on a baking sheet. Mix the crème fraîche, sweet and sour cream, tomato paste, and seasoning (use plenty of thyme) to make a sauce. Pour over the meat. Sprinkle the sliced Gouda cheese over the meat and the sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes. This dish is easy to prepare and can be served with white bread.
