Spreewald Allsorts

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 1 jar sausages (crunchy)
  • 4 tbsp margarine
  • 8 gherkins (up to 10), e.g. Spreewald gherkins
  • some breadcrumbs
  • 4 large eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly Maggi
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Fried noodles with cucumber, sausage and egg

Cook the pasta in salted water. Slice the sausages and fry them in a pan with the margarine. They can be slightly floating in the fat, as once the sausages are browned, the breadcrumbs will go in the pan. Brown these in the fat. Dice the cucumbers (amount to taste) and add them to the pan. Then add the drained pasta and fry everything. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix, then pour over the pasta and fry. Finally, season to taste. You can also use leftover pasta from the day before; this will of course make it even faster. Instead of sausages, we have also diced bologna or some spicy ham.
