Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g sour cream
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

Sour cream dip with spring onions
Beat the sour cream and quark with a hand mixer until creamy. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Finely slice the spring onions and fold them in. Let it sit for at least 1 hour. It goes well with baked potatoes, flatbread, or grilled meat. If you like it spicy, you can of course add more salt and pepper. However, I wouldn’t use any other spices to allow the delicate flavor of the spring onions to fully develop.
