Salad: Noodle Salad Served on Plate
The perfect salad: noodle salad served on plate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the salad
- 1 bunch Large radishes
- 1 green Cucumber
- 0,5 piece Kohlrabi
- 1 tbsp Homemade vegetable salt *
- 2 handful Mixed salad
Choice of oil types
- 2 handful Toasted sesame oil
- 2 handful Apricot kernel oil
- 2 handful Avocado oil
Vinegars of your choice
- 2 handful Apple cider vinegar naturally cloudy
- 2 handful Strawberry vinegar
- 2 handful Apple-Orange vinegar
Cooking pasta
- 1 packet Durum wheat spaghettini
- Put the salad in a water bath. Separate the radishes from the greens and wash them. Wash off the cucumber, because I don’t peel it at this time of year. Peel half the kohlrabi thinly.
- Slice the radishes, the kohlrabi and the cucumber, I put everything in a large bowl with my “kitchen helper”, sprinkle the vegetable salt over it and mix well.
- Wash the lettuce thoroughly and dry it again, then put it in the bowl and mix everything well.
- Now cook the spaghettini al dente, drain in the sieve, put in a bowl and serve to the table.
