Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 5 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 cucumber(s), sour
  • 5 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • Salad (lamb’s lettuce/Chinese cabbage/endive/Lollo Rosso etc.)
  • 1 jar of remoulade
  • ½ jar horseradish (vegetable horseradish)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some milk
  • salt and pepper
  • Mustard
  • Maggi

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 45 minutes

Layered salad with horseradish

Chop all salad ingredients and layer them in a large glass bowl in the correct order, topping with salad. Mix the ingredients listed into a sauce that isn’t too thick and season to taste. Pour the sauce over the salad and let it sit for at least 6 hours.
