Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg carrot(s)
- 500 ml natural yogurt (1.5%)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt
- pepper
- oil
- Parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, peel the carrots and then coarsely grate them. Then, sauté them in plenty of oil for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir in plenty of parsley. Let the carrots cool. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and press in the garlic cloves. To serve, place the carrots in a shallow dish and pour the yogurt sauce over them. Let it sit for about 30 minutes, after which the sauce will thicken slightly and create a delicious topping.
