Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g carrot(s), sliced
- 300 ml orange juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp caraway powder
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with caraway and orange juice
Peel and slice the carrots. Briefly fry them in hot oil, deglaze with orange juice, and season with caraway powder. Simmer over medium heat for about 25 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
