Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch carrot(s), with greens
- 40 g butter
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 shot of water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean and peel the carrots, leaving a small piece of the green part. Melt butter in a saucepan, add the carrots, and season with salt and pepper. Add water and simmer with the lid on until the carrots are tender but still firm to the bite. Carrots taste simply delicious and make a great side dish to meat dishes.
