Mandarin curd – a simple dessert for every day

Drain the mandarin oranges, reserving the juice. Mix the low-fat quark with the juice, raw cane sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Finally, fold in the mandarin oranges. Makes 3 large portions of 300g each. Ideal as a snack or as a post-workout boost. Can also be divided into 4-6 portions of 240g, 190g, or 150g as a dessert. *Please ensure the ingredients are of good quality. I always use organic mandarin oranges from a jar. You can find them at health food stores or drugstores (organic own-brand). **With the stated amount of sugar and the sugar from the mandarin oranges, the Stippmilch contains about the same amount of sugar as store-bought fruit quark. If you don’t like it too sweet, use less raw cane sugar accordingly. If you like it very sweet, you can of course increase the amount of sugar.
