Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 bowl Brown champions
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 0,5 L Milk
  • Parsely
  • Sauce thickener dark
  • 1 tsp Porcini mushroom powder
  • Salt
  • Ground white pepper
  • Vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Champion clean cut into small pieces. Fry vigorously in a pan with a little oil.
  • When the champions are seared, add chopped fresh onion
  • Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the cream. Then add the milk.
  • Add the salts, pepper, porcini mushroom powder. Thicken a little with a sauce thickener (bring to the boil).
  • Season again, add parsley, done. We had noodles.
