Mushroom Sauce

The perfect mushroom sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 shell Brown champions
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 a cup Cream
  • 0,5 liter Milk
  • Parsely
  • Sauce thickener dark
  • 1 teaspoon Porcini mushroom powder
  • Salt
  • White milled pepper
  • Vegetable broth
  1. Champion clean cut into small pieces. Fry vigorously in a pan with a little oil.

  1. Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the cream. Then add the milk.
