Mushroom Sauce
The perfect mushroom sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 shell Brown champions
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 1 a cup Cream
- 0,5 liter Milk
- Parsely
- Sauce thickener dark
- 1 teaspoon Porcini mushroom powder
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- Vegetable broth
- Champion clean cut into small pieces. Fry vigorously in a pan with a little oil.
- When the champions are seared, add chopped fresh onion
- Then deglaze with the vegetable stock and add the cream. Then add the milk.
- Add the salts, pepper, porcini mushroom powder. Thicken a little with a sauce thickener (bring to the boil).
- Season again, add parsley, done. We had noodles.
