Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 liter of milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients, except for the oil, in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Ladle the batter into a pan with heated oil and cook approximately 12-14 pancakes one at a time. Let the pancakes cool, cut into patties, and freeze.
