Store Coffee Pods: This Keeps The Coffee Fresh For a Long Time

Store coffee pods: always a fresh aroma

Coffee pods have a cover, but it is permeable to air. It, therefore, does not prevent the coffee from losing its taste. In order to preserve the fresh aroma, you should consider the following things:

  • Always keep coffee pods dry, protected from light, and airtight. You should also protect the coffee powder from heat or foreign odors for full enjoyment.
  • If you keep the pads in the original packaging: After use, squeeze as much air as possible out of the packaging and seal it with a rubber band.
  • There are special coffee pad cans on the market. They are mostly made of tin or stainless steel and keep the aroma fresh.
  • If you don’t want to buy an extra tin: You can often find tins in your own household that are suitable for professional storage (e.g. biscuit tins). As described in point 1, pay attention to dryness, opacity, and airtight sealability.
