Stracciatella muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pack of chocolate (chocolate drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Makes 12 muffins. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and milk until fluffy. Combine vanilla sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder and stir into the foam mixture. Finally, add the chocolate chips to the batter. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin tins and bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat).
